Tiffany Haddish may have just won a Grammy but she’s not here for the Nicki Minaj comparisons.
We know she’s not a rapper but for some reasons folks on invitation only-app Clubhouse think they’ve got some things in common, career wise. Over the weekend, after Tiff nabbed a Grammy for Best Comedy Album for her special “Black Mitzvah,” she hopped on Clubhouse to chat. When a guy compared her to Nicki — calling her the “Nicki Minaj of comedy right now” — Haddish wasn’t having it.
Then another voice in the discussion suggested that Tiffany’s better than Nicki because she “shows up on time.” Tiff then chimed in and took a slight jab at the Queen Barbs saying, “And unlike Nicki, I treat everybody with respect and dignity.”
Yikes … Tiff could be sharing her observation of Nicki’s behavior over the years or speaking from personal experience. The two ladies did have an awkward exchange during the 2018 VMAs when Tiff made a joke about the group Fifth Harmony.
Nicki then clapped back telling Tiffany not to come for Fifth Harmony because “Normani is that bitch”.

We can’t imagine there’s still bad blood between them after all this time … but you never know.
If so we can expect a Nicki clawback with on a track she’s featured on in the near future. In the meantime we’re sure she’s busy with more pressing family matters. As reported her father Robert Maraj was killed in a hit-in-run incident last month. She’s also a new mom and wife.
