Gabourey Sidibe Claps Back At Rapper Twista Over Body Shaming Instagram Post

Twista is in the news and it’s not because of his music.

For some reason the “Slow Jams” MC decided to hop on Instagram and post a fatphobic meme comparing Gabourey Sidibe — a woman who has her finances in order to an IG model with 12K followers and no car.

“Who y’all choosing A or B,” he asked his followers.

Of course, he got dragged all over Twitter. It didn’t take long before Gabourey joined in and hit him with an epic clap back in his comments.

“Wow. I um…gee. @twistagmg I only like you as a rapper I forgot about in 2005. But good luck with option B!,” she said.

Gabourey’s fiance Brandon Frankel even jumped in to defend his queen. “C YOU NEED A JOB,” he wrote.

Twista ended up apologizing to Gabourey and deleting the insensitive post. He also said the post was done by an employee not him.
