Hate it or love it Kanye West and his Sunday Service aren’t going away anytime soon.

While the hype about the invite only church service has died down over the last couple of months, West and his choir are still singing remixed tracks for Jesus.

A source told HipHollywood exclusively Ye doesn’t miss a Sunday and is still as committed as ever.

“No matter where he is in the world he makes sure to make it back for service,” the insider said.

According to Hypebeast West is even in the process of getting the term “Sunday Service” trademarked. West launched Sunday service in January, and has since used it to debut songs and perform covers like No Doubt’s “Don’t Speak.” In April, West hosted a special Sunday Service at Coachella.

But while some initially speculated his dedication and zeal for God was just a gimmick it appears to be the complete opposite. According to gospel star Erica Campbell, Kanye sat down with her and her husband, music producer Warryn Campbell, before starting his church.

“Me and my husband actually got a chance to sit with him and he was saying that he really wanted to do this authentically and he really wanted to know and understand and I just thought that that was so beautiful,” The We’re The Campbell’s star explained.

We caught up with the Mary Mary singer at the BET Awards where she applauded West for his efforts and cautioned Christians about judging him prematurely.

“Everyone’s isn’t going to go through the doors of the church, you have to go where they are and be the church that they need in that moment,” she said. “It’s not time for the judgement.”

“I was able to tell him there are a lot of church folk praying for you,” she added.

Campbell and her husband also know what it’s like to run a church and balance family and their careers . In 2015 they started California Worship Center where Warryn serves as senior pastor.
