RHOA Jailbirds: Matt Jordan Arrested While Apollo Gets Released From Prison … AGAIN!

Another Real Housewives of Atlanta ex-flame has landed himself in jail. According to TMZ Kenya Moore’s ex-boyfriend, Matt Jordan, was arrested  in Arizona over the weekend after he allegedly punched his girlfriend in the face.

Jordan was booked Saturday in Pinal County for trespassing, plus 3 separate charges — aggravated assault, theft and threatening/intimidating with damage to property. Matt’s bail was set at $3,250, but no one’s paid it — he’s still in custody, and has a hearing this week to face the charges.

As for how all this got started Valerie Bell claims Matt struck her at a Denny’s parking lot in the early hours of Saturday morning. Another woman witnessed it all go down and told police Matt got super close to her, snatched her cigarettes — including one in her mouth — and tried chucking them on the roof.

When officers arrived, they say Matt had already left — but Valerie called cops a few hours later to say he had circled back to her home. Police eventually found and arrested him. Upon arrest, cops say they also discovered a warrant for an incident that occurred back in April. He was arrested without incident, per the report.

Sadly we’re not surprised. If you recall back in 2017 Moore alleged Jordan threatened to physically harm her, broke the windows at her Georgia home and called her more than 30 times on one occasion. She eventually ended the relationship and got restraining order against him. That same year he also got into a physical altercation with Cynthia Bailey’s ex-husband Peter Thomas at a radio station in Charlotte. Dude has some serious anger issues. But we digress.Meanwhile Phaedra Parks’ jailbird ex-husband Apollo Nida has been released from prison… again!

On Tuesday, Nida was released to a halfway house in in Philadelphia, PA. He is scheduled to be released from federal custody on November 26 of this year.

Nida, 40, found himself in trouble with the US Marshals Service in June, just days after he was released from prison for the first time.At the time, a representative for the US Marshals Service told Page Six Nida had gotten in trouble for breaking a condition of his release, explaining: “He was taken back into custody. I wouldn’t say it was an arrest because it’s not a new charge. It was an order of the court to bring him into custody.”

Nida was originally sentenced to eight years behind bars on conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud charges and was ordered to pay $1.9 million in restitution in 2014.

While in prison he got married to Philly realtor Sherien Almufti.
