Teyana Taylor’s body became goals for women around the world after the singer debuted her sexy look in Kanye West’s music video for “Fade.”
Tiny waist, big booty, good size chest … every woman’s dream right? Following the release of the visual, Taylor suggested that her body is simply god given. Apparently, the beauty doesn’t have to workout hard to maintain that stunning body. Talk about envy.
But now, the mother-of-one is revealing that it’s actually difficult to gain weight. “It’s crazy because everybody says, ‘OMG I want your body, how do you stay so small,'” she recently revealed to SELF magazine.
According to the beauty, stress often times leads to weight loss, which isn’t exactly healthy. “Like, the same ways people try to lose weight, there are people trying to gain weight. My whole life, I’ve always had issues gaining weight.”
She continued, “We all have the same insecurities. Whether it’s losing weight or gaining weight — we all feel like, ‘Oh my eyebrows look crazy today!’ or, ‘My hair is thinning!’ or whatever it is.”
Taylor, who gave birth to her baby girl in December 2015, also explained that becoming a mother helped changed how she viewed her body. “My favorite part [of my body] used to be my breasts, but now my breasts belong to Junie,” Taylor said. “She probably sucked out every ounce of milk … so now I just deal with little mommy insecurities.”
The 26-year-old added, “Whenever I look super busty, ladies, that ain’t nothing but a little double-sided tape [and a] push-up bra. We all have flaws … you gotta embrace it.”
The singer made headlines last week after being spotted on Miami Beach in nothing but itsy bitsy teeny weeny purple bikini bottoms.
