Just a couple of months ago Azealia Banks claimed Russell Crowe chocked her, spit on her and called her the N-word while kicking her out of his hotel room … but it looks like the courts don’t believe her claims.
It was an October dinner party gone awry and Azealia filed a police report in response to the aggressive way she claims Crowe booted her out of his party. But, witnesses at the party say it was Banks who was aggressive with her language and her actions, threatening to cut partygoers with glass.
Apparently the courts are siding with the witnesses because the D.A. has refused to bring charges against Crowe. TMZ reports that the district attorney believes that Russell’s actions were “justified to prevent the imminent violence threatened by Banks.” Oh, and that whole spitting thing … the D.A. says it was “incidental to preventing more serious threatened violence.”
Expect a heated response from Azealia in 3, 2…
