Philadelphia rapper Beanie Sigel says the $200,000 Lamborghini he received from Katt Williams was a gift. It’s a different story than the one being told by gossip website MediaTakeOut who claims Sigel won the car in a dice game.
“According to a TOP MTO SNITCH, Katt Williams was playing DICE with Beanie and his peoples … and he QUICKLY ran up a very large debt. We’re told that in order to SATISFY the debt – Katt turned over his LAMBORGHINI to Beanie and his crew. It was all 100% legal – no one got robbed,” the website writes.
Sigel took to Instagram to address the rumor, explaining the true story behind the pricy gift. “Katt got bread! So why would he have to settle a dice game debt with a car, stupid. If he lost 300,000 to me it would have been in cash. He got it. So no sh*t heads, there was no dice game,” he explained.
“The man has a level of love and respect for me that he feels most who claim they do especially from my city don’t show,” he continued. “The car was a gift that was put in place days before him even coming to Philly for his show.. He drove tha car himself from Georgia to personally deliver it to me himself.”
Sigel also defended Williams, saying the jester wasn’t on drug the night he got stomped out during a Philly concert. Video has surfaced from that event, showing Katt dancing wildly on stage before attacking a man which ultimately led to him being stomped out by others. “His turn up is just different. He don’t need Molly cocaine or any other dumbass drug you stupid ass n*ggas think he on,” Sigel explained.
