Former Cash Money rapper Turk is slamming Baby, Lil Wayne and Mannie Fresh after he says they failed to show support following the death of his father. In a video posted online, Turk calls out his old Cash Money buddies for not being there for him or his family in their time of need.
“Baby, Slim, Wayne, Mannie Fresh … all you n*ggas who claim ya’ll my homeboys, claim ya’ll f*ck with me … I been reaching out to ya’ll n*ggas, ain’t nobody respond. My daddy got killed. Ya’ll already know what it is. Ya’ll look at the news. Ya’ll see what’s going on,” Turk explained.
“It’s all G. I just want ya’ll to know it ain’t no love lost. I’m still gon’ be real, I can’t make a n*gga be real. But it is what it is. Ya’ll shown me on too many occasions, but right here the last straw,” the disgruntled emcee continued.
Turk’s father, Tab Virgil Sr., died on October 30th from an apparent homicide.
“Time reveal every man. I learned that throughout the years. That’s why I’m still surviving. That’s why I’m strong. I done been through too much in my life to let this act of God let me just turn back and go back to my old ways … Turk gon’ keep on pushing.”
A memorial service for the rapper’s father will take place at Lion Of Judah International Ministries in New Orleans this Thursday.
