It was a big night for Will Smith at the 2022 Screen Actors Guild  Awards.

The actor took home his first SAG award EVER, for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for his role in “King Richard.”

Smith took the stage holding his actor fighting back tears to thank his cast, his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith and family and the man himself Richard Williams, the father of Venus and Serena Williams, whom he so poignantly portrayed.
