#AboutLastNight: Black Excellence Shines Bright At “The Harder They Fall” Premiere
It was a star studded night at the Los Angeles premiere for The Harder They Fall.
On Wednesday night, Netflix hosted a special screening at The Shrine in Los Angeles and black excellence was on full display.
Attendees included Beyoncé, Tiffany Haddish, Seal, Nas, Kelly Rowland, Taraji P. Henson, Alicia Keys, Swizz Beatz, Teyana Taylor, Logan Browning, Kehlani, Kendrick Lamar, John David Washington, Lil Rel Howery, Damson Idris and more.
HipHollywood caught up with the cast including Jonathan Majors, Deon Cole and director Jeymes Samuel on the blue carpet about making the new Netflix western. Jay Z who serves as an executive producer on the film also hit the blue carpet and gave an impromptu concert during the after party.

The film starring Idris Elba, LaKeith Stanfield, and Regina King follows Majors as outlaw Nat Love who is on the hunt for the man who killed his parents. The Harder They Fall rides into select theaters on Oct 22 and debuts on Netflix Nov. 3
