A$AP Rocky Is A Sex Addict + 5 Other Stars Who Have Revealed Their Struggle

It’s no secret that A$AP Rocky likes sex — more specifically orgies — as he’s rapped about his love of the threesome quite often. However, the MC is now revealing he more than loves sex … he’s addicted to it.

Rocky sat-down with Power 105.1 DJ Angie Martinez for the new WEtv show “Untold Stories of Hip Hop”. It was during their chat that A$AP stated, “I was always a sex addict.” When pressed by Angie for a timeline Rocky shared that he feels he’s been this way since “probably junior high.”

“I was horny … I ain’t have no sperm in my testicles yet but I literally was just on it,” A$AP clarified. “These are things people stay away from, they don’t like to admit. I can’t be embarrassed about it. I put my heart on my sleeve. I don’t do nothing that I’m not proud of speaking of.”

Luckily, A$AP isn’t the only person who has opened up about the struggle of having a sex addiction. At this point, he could start a support group with these folks…

In the adults only version of his autobiography, “I Make My Own Rules” the Lip Sync Battle host says he was having so much sex at one point in his career he was well on his way to becoming a “sex junkie”. It wasn’t until he married his wife Simone in 1995 that he put his wild days of being a womanzier behind him.

In 2001, Halle Berry and Eric Benet entered into wedded bliss. But, by 2003, the marriage had dissolved due to Benet’s infidelities. Subsequently, Benet checked into a 35-day sex addict rehab program.

However, in 2008, Bonet backtracked and stated, “Sex addiction is a real thing, you know. In retrospect, it’s not what I would label my situation.” Sooo, what would he have called his multiple infidelities while hitched to Halle? “Making some stupid-ass, stupid-ass mistakes.” Oh, ok.

Woods’ fall from a happily married golf icon to a sex addicted two-timer is legendary. The trigger was news of his affair with Rachel Uchitel in 2009. Before the year was over, more than twelve women had come forward, sending Woods’ wholesome image into the trashcan for good. Early the next year, he publicly admitted to his mistakes, claiming that he thought he could get away with impunity. Not surprisingly, this honest admission was followed by an expensive divorce with wife Elin Nordegren.

Yeezy may be the only one on the list whose addiction actually helped, not hurt, him. The “Gold Digger” rapper told Details magazine in 2009, “People ask me a lot about my drive… I think it comes from, like, having a sexual addiction at a really young age. Look at the drive that people have to get sex—to dress like this and get a haircut and be in the club in the freezing cold at 3am, the places they go to pick up a girl. If you can focus the energy into something valuable, put that into work ethic.” Wonder if that’s still what fuels him…

On her Red Table Talk, Jada has opened up to having many addictions. “My sort of addictions jump, they jump around,” Pinkett Smith explained during one episode. “When I was younger, I definitely think I had a sex addiction of some kind. That everything could be fixed by sex. You know what I’m saying?” But, on another episode of the Facebook Watch series, the actress revealed her love of sex toys. “I was really into it at one point. Just because I was in an exploration state and I was abstaining from men. I actually feel like I went through kind of an addiction too with it. One day I was like, enough, I was having like five orgasms a day. You can create so much pleasure, you just constantly want it.”
