“Love and Hip Hop” star Tommie Lee is about to have a lot of time to sit and think about her crazy antics. An Atlanta judge has denied her request to bond out of jail.
Lee, real name Atasha Chizah Jefferson, appeared before a judge Thursday morning and unfortunately was not let out of the slammer after being arrested not once but TWICE within a 48-hour period.
The Atlanta reality star was arrested by Smyrna Police Tuesday night after allegedly going into a violent rage at Griffin Middle School, where her daughter is a student. Officials said the 34-year-old grabbed her daughter by her hair and “shoved her head first forcefully into a metal school locker.” The report goes on to say Jefferson hit the child with the strap on her purse, and “grabbed her hair then forced her to walk down the hallway.”
Jefferson was charged with cruelty to children and aggravated assault, both felonies, and three counts of simple battery and disruption of a public school. She posted a $27,000 bond and got out of jail Wednesday morning around 4 a.m. She was issued a court order to stay away from her daughter, but unfortunately didn’t comply and was arrested AGAIN on Wednesday evening and charged with aggravated stalking and obstruction of an officer.
According to Fox5 Atlanta, she refused to come to the door when police arrived and tried hiding in her attic.
On Thursday she appeared before a judge who read her the charges and then announced her next court date, November 6 at 1 p.m. Jefferson wasn’t released because she violated the conditions of her bond by making contact with her daughter and going back to their home.
She remains behind bars indefinitely.
Fans of the LHHATL know Lee is no stranger to breaking the law and was arrested twice this year, once for allegedly attacking a sales clerk at an Atlanta shopping mall.
She was ordered to wear an alcohol monitoring device back in May after failing to appear in court for a DUI case in 2016 … and let’s not forget she’s also got some 30 mugshots.
