Drake’s 2000s Party — Who Was There And Who Wasn’t!

Published

on

October’s Very Own held a birthday party for the decades on Wednesday night!

Drake, his homies, and probably a gang of people he didn’t even know, turned up and got litty at Goya Studios in Hollywood. To celebrate his 32nd birthday, the rapper took it back to the early 2000s and fully embraced the theme — fashion, accessories, decor … all from the 00s.

FASHIONS

Drizzy channeled his best 2000s look in not one ‘fit, but two. First, he partied hard in a Sean John navy blue velour tracksuit. He accessorized with a blinged out Jacob the Jeweler watch and a Motorola flip phone.

Then he switched it up and paid homage to Fabulous and his “Trade It All” look which got the Brooklyn rapper’s seal of approval.

FRIENDS

Of course, da homies had to show up! Swizz Beatz was on the 1s & 2s, French Montana stopped by and Drizzy’s producer and bestie, Noah “40” Shebib, also came to show love. Additional, Breezy was in the building! Chris Brown and Drake recently made up after years of not speaking. It was nice to see the continue the rekindled bromance celebrate together. Also, we can’t forget Tory Lanez, Kendall Jenner, Jordyn Woods, Justine Skye and more were there as well.

DECOR

The 2000s vibe was consistent throughout the entire party. The decorations included “Sandra’s Room”, a 7-Eleven section selling Slurpees and snacks, a wall made to look like it was from the Blockbuster Video rental store, and cars from the MTV show Pimp My Ride. There was also a booth selling t-shirts featuring throwback pics of Drizzy from his Degrassi days.
