Jennifer Lopez Drops $10 Million On New Hamptons Pad

Jennifer Lopez was spotted in New York Wednesday afternoon looking chic and fierce. The actress rocked a black darted blazer and light pink pants as she made her way through Midtown.

J-Lo waved to photographers with a smile bigger than life, and we think we know why. Lopez just dropped $10 million on a mansion in Water Mill, New Jersey a.k.a the Hamptons. According to the New York Post, the 43-year-old’s new pad is a 8-bedroom, 7.5 bathroom, and 8,500 square foot beauty.

Jennifer, her boyfriend Casper Smart, and twins Max and Emme, will be spending family time together in a their new private home which consists of a pool and pool house, theater, sauna, and steam room. As for friends and family who come to visit, don’t worry, there’s enough space for J-Lo to build a separate home on the property if she chooses to.
