In not so shocking news … Boosie Badazz is defending R. Kelly.
This is the rappers latest foot-in-mouth moment for 2021, if you’re keeping score.
The Louisiana-bred rapper recently sat down for an interview with VladTV, and didn’t hesitate to let everyone know how he felt about Kelly’s case.
According to Boosie the once-proclaimed King Of R&B got railroaded and thinks much of that has to do with his race.
“He was guilty before he walked in the courtroom,” he said. “You ain’t that other color you black and go back for the same Jack and you got rats… you ain’t Michael Jackson bro.”
As for his victims he seemingly justified Kelly’s actions saying, “I just feel like R. Kelly like the young b–ches.”
“If you leave a b–ch at the house, and you go on tour for two weeks and she don’t go nowhere — that b–ch ain’t been kidnapped. She waiting on daddy to come home,” he added.
When host, DJ Vlad, pushed back bringing up his inappropriate relationship and marriage to Aaliyah, Boosie said Kelly’s only mistake was the “age part.”
“I’m not saying he’s guilty, if he did do it, it’s because of the age, the rest of that sh-t they exaggerating bro… and all the witnesses it seems like he f–ked them.”
We think Boosie needs a timeout from social media and interviews until further notice.
As previous reported Kelly was found guilty on all charges including sexual exploitation of a child, bribery, racketeering and sex trafficking involving five victims.
Kelly is currently awaiting sentencing in the New York case. He will face a second federal trial on charges of child pornography and obstruction of justice in Illinois.
