Tiffany Haddish — the sex symbol? The comedienne looks seriously good after shedding 50lbs and she’s now showing it all off!
For some people, quarantine does a body good and apparently that includes Haddish. The “Girls Trip” star just completed a 30-day transformation fitness program and the results are amazing. In before-and-after pictures posted on Instagram, Tiffany shared that now that she’s drop the weight she’s ready to build some muscle.
In an interview with People, the 41-year-old revealed that she lost 40 lbs during the pandemic, but that three weeks into her new program she shed an additional 10 lbs.
“I’m very skinny, it’s going good,” she said of her progress. “I don’t really want to lose any more weight. I want to now just sculpt it all, sculpt off the fat so I can get to the muscle.”
So, what’s the secret to her success? Exercising everyday “anywhere from 15 minutes to sometimes two hours” and dancing “every day for like five to ten minutes.” Plus, the actress went vegan like her boyfriend, rapper Common.
“I’ve been eating differently, eating way more vegetables, definitely eating directly out of my garden and just really putting in the work, making sure I sweat every single day and staying up on nutrition – nutrition is everything.”
Well, clearly what she’s been doing is working! Kudos to Tiff, her 50lbs weight loss, and her new, healthier lifestyle.
