Dave Chappelle is the latest celebrity to test positive for COVID-19. Thankfully though, the comedian is asymptomatic and is doing well.
The news of Dave’s diagnosis came late Thursday night while fans were expecting him to hit the stage at Stubb’s Waller Creek Amphitheater in Austin, Texas. According to his rep, the 47-year-old is doing well and quarantining, but the remaining 4 shows of his 10-night residency, that were scheduled through Sunday have been cancelled.
Just days ago, Dave was living it up backstage at Stubb’s with Joe Rogan, Elon Musk, Grimes, and others — no word on whether they too were exposed.
We wish Dave a speedy recovery!
