We don’t know what’s going on with Terrence Jenkins, but this clip of him practically berating Marlon Wayans may be the oddest thing you see all day.
We honestly don’t know what’s happening here, but it seems that Terrence has a problem with how the Wayans built massive success as a family unit.
In an IG Live conversation between the former 106 & Park host and the Scary Movie star things went all the way left when TJ stated, “let me just school you on something young man.” Yes, Terrence said that to Marlon, of all people! And he continued saying, “this ain’t all about your family, your family can’t bail you out of this one, alright. There’s other people in the world that are not Wayans’ people.” Smh … While most of the world sees how Keenan Ivory Wayans made something masterful with “In Living Color”, which successfully opened the door for his entire family, who then proved they were comedic geniuses in their own right, Terrence somehow sees that as being bailed out. Go figure.
Thankfully, Wayans interjected telling Jenkins to put some respect on his family name! “Let me tell you something about family, I don’t ever need them to bail me out of nothing,” Marlon replied. “They raised me, if you ever think I’m great because of me, you’re wrong. I’m great because of the tribe that raised me. You’re gonna respect the tribe.”
Apparently, Terrence wanted to flex by posturing that he didn’t need help from a tribe because he was self made. But, his biggest mistake was telling Marlon to, “Get off of Keenan Ivory Wayans’ lap for just two seconds.” Yea, it was hella disrespectful. “Bro, some of us have to make it on our own, that’s all I’m saying. We can’t have our family to f–king lifting us up all the time. Bro some of us gotta make it on our own. Bro, self made millionaire,” Terrence said before referencing his alma mater North Carolina A&T State University and his fraternity, Omega Psi Phi. Then, the barking began.
Just watch the clip…

It is impossible that Jenkins thought this put him in a good light. But, if for one, second he thought maybe someone was on his side, Twitter proved otherwise.
Terrence J must have had too much to drink before that conversation because I’m not sure what he thinks he could school Marlon Wayans on.

Marlon Wayans is known for being part of one of the most successful families in comedy, television, and film. Terrence J is known for being a great value version of AJ from 106 & Park. I don’t know the context of that conversation but I saw enough to know Terrence J is corny.

TJ got some low self esteem. Had to run to his frat in an attempt to build some type of response. Smh. Marlon is talking family commitment and unity and hustle and TJ talking about a group he paid to join to act as family. Real family vs Bought friends

We always talk about (whites, Asians, etc) putting their families on when they get on and Keenan Ivory Wayans did precisely that through his shows, movies and production company. And Terrence J told Marlon to “get off Keenan’s lap” on IG live. I hope Marlon blocked him.

Is Terrence J ok? Is he having a pre mid life crisis? Imagine trying to come for the Wayans…imagine trying to shit on them for doing what they were supposed to do….they put their entire family on and made sure everybody ate. It’s not anyone’s fault that you peaked on 106&park pic.twitter.com/eP5ljt9EiU
