Dr. Dre And Wife Headed For Divorce … Could She Walk Away With $400 Million Dollars?

After 24 years of marriage Nicole Young has filed for divorce from Dr. Dre. The rapper/producer, real name Andre Young, is reportedly worth around $800 million and word is there was no prenuptial agreement…

“Irreconcilable differences” — That’s what Nicole cited as the reason for the dissolution of her marriage to Dre. No further details were given, although things looked all good just earlier this year when the couple was spotted hand-in-hand at the Tom Ford AW20 Show in February.

The couple has two adult children, Truice and Truly, so child support will not be an issue. However, according to court docs, Young, who works as an attorney, is seeking spousal support. And, as several sources have noted, Dre’s net worth is about $800 million and there was no prenup in the marriage dating back to May 25, 1996. With these facts, it could be reasoned that the soon-to-be ex Mrs. Young could be entitled to 50% of that worth.
