Will Drake’s “Slide” Challenge Dethrone Tik Tok Fave “Savage”?
Is Drake coming for Megan Thee Stallion? Well, no, not really. But he is coming for her current reign as having the hottest challenge with her hit “Savage”. Drizzy is set to drop his “Toosie Slide” on Thursday and it looks like he’s hoping to top the Tik Tok challenges.
The sure-fire hit is named after popular social media influencer Toosie who has already created a viral-ready dance around the songs catchy hook which gives listeners a play-by-play of the proper footwork. “It go right foot up, left foot slide / Left foot up, right foot slide,” sings Drizzy. “Basically I’m sayin’ either way we ’bout to slide.”
The dance is already taking off with folks like singer Tinashe sharing her version of the #ToosieSlideChallenge.
