“You should have never married him!” That’s what Wendy Williams had to say to Nicki Minaj regarding her relationship with husband Kenneth Petty. The two have been married less than a year, but Petty has already been arrested twice within that time — all stemming from his 1995 conviction for first-degree attempted rape.
Petty’s past is no secret. He spent four years in prison for the ’95 conviction and has other charges on his rap sheet as well. But, Ms. Minaj overlooked his past, and in October 2019 officially became Mrs. Petty.
But now, Petty’s past is coming back to haunt him and Wendy Williams believes Nicki made a HUGE mistake in becoming his wife. Just last week, Kenneth was arrested by U.S. Marshals on an indictment for failing to register as a sex offender. This came after his was arrested in November 2019 for the same offense. That’s all Wendy had to hear before going on a tyrant about why Nicki will never “stand a chance” and how she’s “ruined everything about what [her] brand could be.”

So far, no response from Nicki who has, in the past, clapped back at Ms. Williams using her Queen Radio show as the platform. Also, it’s worth noting that Kenneth has finally resisted as a sex offender in California — he also got a new mugshot to mark the occasion.
