Montana Gaiz Fishburne, daughter of Hollywood actor Laurence Fishburne, was arrested this weekend for driving under the influence. The 25-year-old was taken into custody by Florida Highway Patrol after getting into a car accident on Saturday morning.

Montana was charged with DUI, DUI with property damage and DUI with blood alcohol readings above .15. She has since been released on $2,500 bond, but not before the Broward County’s Sheriff Department released the teary-eyed mugshot above.

Montana made headlines several years ago when she appeared in a sex tape, much to the horror of her father, who worked tirelessly to prevent it from coming out. Unfortunately, his efforts proved futile as the tape was released, prompting him to temporarily disown his daughter.

Montana never went on to become a bona fide porn star, but did try her hand at “dancing” before leaving the adult entertainment game for good. She now appears to be a fitness guru, judging from social media posts.
