Jeremih Arrested After Trying To Jump On A Flight Before Take Off
Jeremih was was arrested on Friday after attempting to board a flight at Newark International Airport after the final boarding call.
The spokesperson for Port Authority tells HipHollywood that the singer, who performed in New York the night before, was traveling to Phoenix, AZ with a group of four. We are told that after boarding, some of the passengers missed the boarding call at which time “one of the members [in the group] who had already properly proceeded through the now closed secondary jetway door, opened the door in an effort to “unofficially allow his fellow members entrance onto the aircraft.”
Two of the men, including Jeremih were charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of administration of law, while the third group member was charged with defiant trespass.
Jeremy Felton, the singer’s legal name and his crew, were released without incident and has been ordered to appear before a judge.
We are told that the r&b star was in route to Fresno, California, where he was scheduled to perform at the Diamond Ent and M.S Entertainment along with B95 Fresno Holiday Jam Friday night alongside Wiz Khalifa, E-40, T-Pain and more.
