Eazy-E, Ol’ Dirty Bastard Going On Tour This Summer
Ol’ Dirty Bastard and Eazy-E will be getting the hologram treatment on the Rock the Bells tour. On Tuesday, it was announced that virtual renderings of the deceased rappers would be featured during the touring concerts.
Snoop and Dr. Dre were the first two introduce the world to virtual rapper, when they brought a rendering of Tupac on stage during 2012’s Coachella. Many thought the Wu-Tang-Clan would bring out an ODB at this year’s Coachella, but it looks like the group wanted to save the excitement for Rock the Bells.
Eazy-E, who in 1995 died of complications from AIDS, will reappear with Bone Thugs-n-Harmony during the event.
Common, Juicy J, Jurassic 5, Kid Cudi and Tyler the Creator are also scheduled to perform during on the tour.
