Exclusive: Ralph Tresvant Confirms Bobby Brown’s Michael Jackson Moonwalk Story
It looks like Bobby Brown wasn’t completely exaggerating when he said he taught Michael Jackson to Moonwalk.
We caught up with New Edition frontman Ralph Tresvant and he told us Bobby definitely knew how to Moonwalk and he recalls him showing off his skills to MJ back when they were kids.
ICYMI, Bobby sat down with Fat Joe for his IG Live show and made the proclamation which even blew Joe’s mind.
When Fat Joe excitedly asks Bobby if he really taught Michael how to Moonwalk, the “New Edition” member stated,
“He may have perfected it, but I taught him how to do it. We can bring Ralph Tresvant, BBD, all on because they was there when I was showing Michael how to do this, they were all there in the foyer of his house. He perfected it, I only used it for dance battles come on I was a break dancer. Whoever stepped up was getting battled I’ll battle anybody.”
We also got Ralph to clarify if there is beef between he and the other NE members and if they will ever tour or record music together again.
