Tyrese is STILL talking major ish when it comes to Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and his decision to put the “Hobbs & Shaw” spin-off before doing another “Fast & Furious” film with the whole cast. And Black Ty feels his shade is warranted because “Hobbs & Shaw” had a pretty lackluster opening.

In an Instagram post where he shared (and deleted) a photo of a headline stating, “‘Hobbs & Shaw’ has lowest opening ‘Fast & Furious’ box office opening since ‘Tokyo Drift’. What followed in his caption was a rather lengthy rant about, well, everything.

“I have to show my respects for one thing … He tried … Folks called me a hater … And attacked me for speaking out … Breaking up the family clearly doesn’t have the value that one would assume it does … You know what maybe just maybe … The Rock and the crew will come dance with us again for #Fast10. We can all hug it out and get back to giving the true fans who have supported this franchise for 20 years WHAT they want … No hating, I’m just pointing out the facts … #FastFamily has more value as the #FastFamily … The Rock is still one of the biggest movie stars in the world and he’s not hurting for work … I have 2 franchise films and he has at least 15 so there won’t be any tears on his pillow tonight … 180 million dollar global opening on Hobbs and Shaw is NOT a win …”

After all the shade, Ty ended his rant with this: “The Rock comes from wrestling and he knows all about smack talking and friendly competition so love is love.” He also posted one more jab…

For what it’s worth, we covered the premiere of “Hobbs & Shaw” and it was a good time had by all!
