This is truly a gift! On Friday, Beyoncé dropped the highly anticipated project “The Lion King: The Gift” and fans are already giddy with glee.
The project, a companion piece to the “The Lion King” soundtrack, is a love letter to Africa, Queen Bey told ABC News. And the love is definitely felt. The lead track “Spirit” has already garnered immense praise, but now “Brown Skin Girl” featuring Wizkid and Blue Ivy has everyone buzzing.
The song is an homage to the chocolate-hued beauties of the world — think Naomi Campbell, Kelly Rowland and Lupita Nyong’o. And speaking of Lupita, she got her entire life to the uplifting song, posting this video on IG…
But, Nyong’o isn’t the only one feeling the love. All of Twitter is singing Yonce’s praises and celebrating their own beauty.
