Jordyn Woods: “I Understood For The First Time What It’s Like Being A Black Woman” — Black Twitter Reacts

Jordyn Woods is finally out living her best life just a few months after being dragged for her Tristan Thompson scandal. Unfortunately, Black Twitter has another bone to pick with Jordyn for her choice of words describing the incident.

The model recently visited Nigeria for Fashion Week. During an interview, she opened up about being bullied amongst other things…

“My little sister was bullied in school and I wanted to show her that I was bullied by the world,” Woods said.

“I understood for the first time what it’s like being a black woman — in a just society, how we can be so disrespected and nobody can really understand to that extent until you have lived it.” — Say what now!?

Social media also wasn’t to fond of Woods’ recent epiphany and had a lot to say:

Jordan recently had a run in with Kendall Jenner at Coachella while attending a Bootsy Bellows party. Sources say Jenner was already there with Justin Bieber’s wife, Hailey Baldwin before Woods stepped on scene with Will and Jada’s son Jaden Smith.

“It was such an awkward moment, everyone saw it,” the partygoer told the People.

“They made eye contact and you could see that they all thought this is awkward — they were saying it with their eyes and body language,” the source continued. “It wasn’t hard to see the tension and the awkwardness.”

Another source told US Weekly, that even though Woods did not stay for long, people around could tell that the air was thick.

“Hailey and Kendall saw Jordyn and both gave her a stare,” the Us Weekly‘s source said.

“Jordyn was visibly uncomfortable by their reaction. As Jordyn was sitting, her and her mom were in a bit of an argument and she told her mom, ‘I don’t want to discuss this right now,’” the source said before adding Woods “didn’t stay long” and told her party that “she was ready to leave” the venue.”
