Pooch Hall Catches MAJOR Break In DUI/Child Abuse Case

Published

on

It’s not often a Black man avoids jail time — especially when facing the charges that Marion “Pooch” Hall racked up. But, alas, Hall has surprisingly prevailed against the system.

It was just a few months ago when the Ray Donovan star was arrested after eyewitnesses saw him driving erratically with his toddler son in his lap. When authorities arrived to the scene — after Pooch had crashed his car — the actor was given a sobriety test and blew a .25 which is more than 3 times the legal limit. Subsequently, Hall was charged with felony child abuse and DUI.

However, even though the charges are appalling and the evidence stacked against him, Pooch won’t spend anytime behind bars. According to TMZ, “Hall struck a deal with prosecutors — he entered a no contest plea to misdemeanor DUI and to child endangerment.” This means thats for the DUI his sentence is 3 years probation and a 3-month alcohol program. Additionally, for the child endangerment plea
Hall must complete a one-year parenting class, and if he does … the charge will be dismissed.
