Jada Pinkett Smith has made her grand return to Instagram folks. Just mere months after hubby Will Smith joined the social media platform and instantly became king, the Girls Trip actress decided to make her way back.

On Thursday, Pinkett Smith, who made her debut back in 2012, came back with a celebratory selfie.

“Feels good to be back,” the 46-year-old actress wrote in the caption to a photo of herself, flying on a plane, while rocking a gold turban and purple leather jacket.

Jada’s Instagram resurgence comes a few days before the debut of her talk series “Red Table Talk” with daughter Willow Smith and mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones for Facebook Watch.

Back in February the Baltimore-bred actress, who has always been pretty vocal about social issues on her Facebook and Twitter, told us despite her love for the community she doesn’t think she’s cut out for politics.

“I just speak from my heart,” said the mother of two. “I love my community, I just am always pushing us to grow and to find our way in a world that is not always just.”

“I just feel like creating conversation is what I love to do,” she added. “I think that is where I live politics is not my flow.”

Instead she said fans can see her sharing her passionate point of view at the red table.

“To see three points of view from three generations of women in the household will be awesome. And we are really going to dive into some issues more intimately at the red table.”

You can catch Jada and her family on Facebook Watch every Monday.
