We are going to go ahead pronounce this Cardi B’s year … again. We’re only four months in and the “Bodak Yellow” rapper is already making history.
On Tuesday it was announced that the Bronx-bred MC would be the first-ever co-host of “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.”
The historic moment is set to go down Monday, April 9th. Cardi will be promoting her debut album “Invasion of Privacy,” which drops Friday. Bardi is also set to perform and will stick around to help interview the evening’s guests, who have yet to be announced.
It will be Cardi’s third appearance on “The Tonight Show.”
The co-hosting announcement comes amid a slew of pregnancy rumors, with outlets reporting she and fiancé Offset are expecting their first child together sometime this summer. Cardi has yet to confirm or deny the reports.
She’s instead been gearing up for her debut album, recently releasing the single, “Be Careful” and the music video for “Bartier Cardi.”
