Nick Gordon, the man said to be responsible for the death of Bobbi Kristina, was arrested AGAIN over the weekend after getting into a physical altercation with his girlfriend, Laura Leal.

Gordon was taken into custody early Saturday morning on “battery – touch or strike” charges after getting into a fight in Florida.

According to the police report, obtained by HipHollywood, Gordon suggested that an argument sparked after he told Leal to leave, but she refused. That’s when he claimed she attacked him by throwing a bottle at him and ripping his shirt.

But you know what they say, there’s two sides to every story.

According to Nick’s girlfriend, after she picked him up from a bar, they got to an argument and he hit her on the side of her face. When they arrived home, things escalated even further.

Officials were able to see a visible mark on the victims face, which was enough to place Gordon in cuffs.

Following the incident, Bobby Brown released a statement that read: “Domestic violence killed my daughter and on March, 4 2018, the Bobbi Kristina Brown Serenity House held our first event to strike back at domestic violence.”

He added, “I personally would like to extend my hand to Ms. Leal and offer her services through our organization. I do not want to see any more families destroyed at the hands of domestic violence and I do not want any more women to suffer like my daughter did. We are here to assist and we hope to hear from Ms. Leal.”

Just nine months ago, Gordon was arrested in Florida for a domestic violence incident with the same woman. Nick was accused of “unlawfully committed domestic battery by hitting and punching her in the face and the back of the head with a closed fist.”

This weekend’s disturbing incident comes just weeks after Brown said he wanted to see justice served. During a recent interview with Rolling Stone, the New Edition singer said: “Justice? If he [Nick Gordon] was locked up somewhere where somebody can rape him. That’s just how I feel. He raped me by taking my daughter away.”

Sound off: Should Gordon be locked up for good?
