Snoop Dogg is willing to go to bat for his good friend and fellow emcee, Jay Z.
The Long Beach rapper took to Instagram over the weekend to share his thoughts on recent threats made by George Zimmerman towards Jay Z.
The controversial gunman took a verbal shot at Jay, threatening to “beat” the rapper and feed him to “an alligator” over Hov’s role in a Trayvon Martin documentary.
“I know how to handle people who f*ck with me,” Zimmerman, who was acquitted in the 2012 shooting death of Martin, allegedly told The Blast. “I have since February 2012.”
In response to George’s remarks, Snoop seemingly threatened one of the most hated men in America. “If one hair on jays hair is touched that’s when the revolution will b televised,” he wrote in Jay’s defense. “We one and to thank the system let the B*tch a$$ muthafucca get away with murder try it again.”
He added, “Trayvon Martin Gone but not forgotten.”
It was confirmed earlier this year that Jay planned on teaming up with The Weinstein company to make a docu-series baed on the novels, “Suspicion Nation: The Inside Story of the Trayvon Martin Injustice and Why We Continue to Repeat It” and “Rest in Power: The Enduring Life of Trayvon Martin.”
