Chrisette Michele is apologizing for what she calls “a bad choice.”

Things began to go downhill for Michele when she agreed to sing at Donald Trump’s inauguration. Following that decision, many fans abandoned the R&B singer and accused her of selling out. Then, Chrisette went silent…

However, just a few days ago, the former “R&B Divas” star resurfaced explaining how she had been dropped from her label, had suicidal thoughts and suffered a miscarriage — all events that had happened relatively recently. She even went so far as to post a picture of a miscarriage, which later, many folks pointed out wasn’t actually hers. That now leads us to her interview with The Breakfast Club Thursday morning.

While sitting down with DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne tha God, the songstress opened up about the miscarriage photo, the rejection from her fanbase and the fallout from choosing to perform at the inauguration. Spoiler Alert: Chrisette is very, very sorry.
