Variety just revealed that Omar Epps and Paula Patton’s new movie “Traffic” is a go and set to be released in April 2018.
The film follows a couple (Epps and Patton) on their romantic getaway where they are accosted and terrorized by sex traffickers and have to fight to survive and escape.
Epps, best know for roles in classic films like “The Wood”, “Love and Basketball” and several seasons on the FOX show “House” is a natural fit as a protective husband for Patton.
Patton is no stranger to the thriller and suspense genre after staring alongside Denzel in “Deja Vu” and Tom Cruise in “Ghost Protocol”.

Sex Trafficking is one of the most terrifying crimes, affecting over 20 million people worldwide, this movie is definitely going to be frightening.
