VH1s Annual Hip Hop Honors brought the best of the 90s together for a Brooklyn Style street party.
DJ Khaled, Da Brat, Fat Joe and Remy Ma on hand as presenters for the show, Jermaine Dupree Mariah Carey, Martin Lawrence and Master P being honored for their incredible contribution to Hip Hop Culture.
Fat Joe shared how emotional his performance with Remy Ma was, they dedicated it to the memory of their friend Big Pun.
The beautiful women of XSCAPE, dressed all in white gushed over their incredible year touring together, and how proud they were to be on hand for the special night.
It did matter what era you came from, everyone was excited about the 90’s fashion.
Karrueche Tran shared that she didn’t know what direction she was going to go, style wise, but settled on a high fashion look including a short pixie cut.
Remy Ma rocked a tailored jacket with a pink skirt, and told us that she wanted to make sure that she didnt look like anyone else.
Faith Evans shared that she is excited to hear current artists sampling her music, while XSCAPE collectively said that they wanted the younger generations to know that they did it best back in the 90’s mostly because they sing their own tracks live on stage.
