Allegations be damned, R. Kelly is continuing his plans to tour.

The Pied Piper just released a dark, grainy and horribly shot video in which he kind of address those pesky sex cult rumors. Calling the accusations “crap”, Kels goes on to promote his tour promising to forge ahead for his fans.

The video is the first time R has spoken publicly since rumors about him housing numerous women against their will in order for sexual pleasure became a headline.

So, the million dollar question is … would you pay to see R. Kelly now?
