When it comes to the recent R. Kelly sex cult allegations, former collaborator Keyshia Cole is almost speechless.
The singer, who collaborated with the Pied Piper on a track titled “Best Friend,” stopped by the HipHollywood loft on Tuesday and opened up about the claims that r&b crooner has been housing young women and holding them against their will.
“You never know. I don’t know what’s going on, but I think we will find out more,” she told us exclusively. Cole added, “He’s never tried anything crazy with me. But maybe he knows I’ll slap the dog a$$ sh*t out of him.”
Earlier this week, BuzzFeed released a lengthily article suggesting that the singer is the brains behind a sex cult in which he holds women against their will, gives them a list of rules to follow and physically punishes them for insubordination. He tapes their sexapades, dictates when they eat, bathe and use the restroom, and completely brainwashes them.
A rep for the 50-year-old released a statement on behalf of the singer that read: “Mr. Robert Kelly is both alarmed and disturbed by the recent revelations attributed to him,” a rep for Kelly said in a statement. “Mr. Kelly unequivocally denies such accusations and will work diligently and forcibly to pursue his accusers and clear his name.”
