Jamie Foxx was reportedly the victim of a racial attack this week while dining at a restaurant in Croatia.
Foxx, who is currently filming his new film, Robin Hood in the Republic of Croatia, was apparently eating in Dubrovnik, a resort on the Adriatic Sea, when he became the target of racial slurs.
According to Croatian police, two men “in a particularly rude and insolent manner insulted the guests and staff catering facility.” A press release from officials did not identify Jamie as a victim, but the singer chronicled the “offensive” accounts via his since deleted Instagram stories.
Police, meanwhile, have reportedly filed disorderly conduct charges against the two men in question.
One day following the racial slurs, Foxx shared a video on Instagram of the castle he’s been staying in along with the spectacular view. “This blows my mind. I’ve seen a lot of sh*t, But this right here … don’t tell me your dreams can’t come true.”
