Maaaaaaan, where is auto-correct when you need it!
At first glance, it looked like Yahoo Finance tweeted out an offensive, and highly inappropriate, tweet suggesting that the new President-elect wanted to add a bunch of Black folks to the armed forces.
The tweet stayed up for almost 20 minutes before Yahoo apologized calling the incident a “spelling error.” Apparently it was supposed to read, “Trump wants a much bigger navy.” smh
Apology aside, Black Twitter still took the opportunity to take “ni**er navy,” create a hashtag and put forth a bevy of hilarious memes. Click through the gallery below for a good laugh.
