Chief Keef and two others were taken into custody on Thursday in connection with the home invasion, robbery and assault of music producer, Ramsay Tha Great.
The Great claimed in an Instagram video last week that Keef and five of his buddies showed up at his home on January 19 and attacked him while brandishing an AK-47.
The producer also shared a snapshot of his bruised and cut up face, writing: “[Chief Keef] now if I was a celebrity I wouldn’t come personally jump a person with you five friends and a Ak 47 that’s just dumb your famous ……… now I’m taking everything from you . U really just f*cked up dude coming to my house with your phone in your pocket with the location on…….. yea I’m pressing charges on yo ass. You a f*cking low life mf ni**as out here tryna do positive sh&t and you still on some goofy Chicago sh&t . We’ll see u in court.”
Following the confession, law enforcement wanted to question the rapper about the attack. Officials received a warrant and entered Chief’s Tarazana home on Thursday.
Cameras captured the arrest on camera and the men look a little nervous.
In response to the arrest, Ramsay tweeted: “You reap what u sow.”
