Drake brought out Eminem onstage during his show in Detroit and as expected, that very moment is the only thing being talked about right now. Literally.
Fans packed the Louis Arena for Drizzy’s Summer Sixteen tour on Tuesday night for what ended up being one of the biggest onstage cameos eevvvvveeerrrr (OK, at least in a long time).
Without any warning or tease of any kind, Eminem all of a sudden appeared onstage, sending fans into a serious frenzy. Drake and the Detroit rapper performed their 2009 hit “Forever” as fans completely lost their minds.
“Detroit, make some noise for the greatest rapper to ever get on the motherfu**ing microphone; he goes by the name of Eminem,” Drake told the crowd. “Legendary sh*t tonight.” Slim Shady chimed in, “It’s an honor to share the stage with this man right here.”
Following the hype show, Drizzy posted a snapshot of Eminem on Instagram with the caption: “SHARED THE STAGE WITH THE GOAT FOR DETROIT. DONE THE HYPE.”
Marshall Mathers, the Detroit rapper’s legal name, also shared the same snapshot with the caption: “Views from The Joe.”
Slim Shady’s appearance comes just days after it was rumored that he would be putting out a diss track about Drake following his feud with Joe Budden.
