Rihanna To Concertgoers: ‘Don’t Be Catching No Pokémons Up In This B*tch’

If you’re thirsty enough, you can catch Pokémon characters at your local church, or even Auschwitz in Poland, but one place you better not try the act is at a Rihanna concert. The Barbadian singer issued that warning to her fans over the weekend after video of a girl playing Pokémon Go during a recent Beyoncé show went viral.

“I don’t want to see you texting your boyfriends and your girlfriends,” Rihanna said during a show in France. “I don’t want to see you catching any Pokémons up in this bitch!” the pop star continued.

Pokémon Go, for those of you living under a rock, is a mobile app relying on Google Maps imaging to allow users to catch virtual creatures in the world around them. The app is so popular that it’s already surpassed Tinder in terms of daily users, and could soon surpass Twitter.

Still, if you’re planning on ignoring Rihanna’s demand and playing Pokémon Go at a concert in the near future, be warned: You could end up becoming this girl, who was blasted by another fan for committing the treacherous act.
