Michelle Obama and Missy Elliott joined late-night talk show host James Corden on Wednesday for an epic carpool karaoke that officially goes down in history as one of the best.
The popular segment kicks off with the First Lady and James taking a car tour of the White House while belting out Stevie Wonder classics and Beyonce’s “Single Ladies.” After discussing Obama’s Let Girls Learn initiative, Missy pops up from the back seat and jumps in on the fun.
The trio jumped into the initiative’s theme song, “This is For My Girls” and then turned up the heat for a version of Missy’s classic, “Get Your Freak On.”
Side note: Although the video was most likely filmed before this week’s plagiarism scandal with Melania Trump, we couldn’t help but pick up on some key lyrics Michelle was forced to rap, such as, “Copy written, so don’t copy me.”
