Kanye West literally has soo many fans, he was forced to cancel an impromptu performance over the weekend due to safety concerns.

The rapper was set to perform a pop up concert at 2am at Webster Hall in New York on Monday, but it got so packed, his team and the city decided to ax the performance. Yeezy announced the show had been canceled just one hour after promoting it on social media.

Ye hasn’t personally commented on the cancellation, however, his wifey, Kim Kardashian did.

“Last night was crazy! Kanye wished he could have performed last night and really tried so hard but it was ultimately out of his control,” Kim wrote on Instagram. “He has the best fans in the whole world, thank you all for coming out at 2am. Promise he will make up this pop up show!”

West did however did help tear down the stage at day two of Summer Jam at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The rapper appeared alongside Pusha T, Big Sean, 2 Chainz and Designer on Saturday and perform hits like “Famous,” “IDFWI” and “Grindin.”
