The Whitney Houston estate is attempting to auction off several items that once belonged to the late singer, but there’s one thing that probably won’t end up with a sold sticker.

In addition to her wedding dress, passport, driver’s license, clothing and more, Houston’s family is attempting to unload her Emmy Award through Heritage Auction. The problem is, according to the Academy, no one has the right to sell it. So, they’ve unleashed their big dogs and are suing Heritage for theft!

According to the Academy, attached to the bottom of every Emmy from 1978 to 1994 is this sticker clearly explaining that Emmy has to be returned to the Academy instead of sold or trashed. Whitney won her statue in 1986 for her performance at the 28th annual Grammy Awards.
