You can ask Kelly Rowland questions about anything other than Beyonce. WGN Chicago reporter Dean Richards learned that lesson Tuesday morning while interviewing Rowland via satellite.
The Destiny’s Child singer was on the show to discuss her partnership with Claritin and her reality TV show that she’s calling a documentary but is actually just a reality TV show. Things got pretty awkward towards the end of the chat after Dean brought up Beyonce’s new album, Lemonade.
Here’s a transcription of their conversation:
Dean Richards: All the talk this week has been about Beyonce’s new album. Have you heard it yet? Have you had an opportunity to get some thoughts on the whole thing?
Kelly Roland: I sure have. It’s great. It’s absolutely great.
DR: Really different though, right?
KR: Yes, really different.
DR: Is the…
KR: But getting back to what I’m here to talk about, Claritin. I’m very excited to be teaming up with Claritin and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
Yikes. Rowland seemed agitated the entire interview though. You can watch it below.
