LL Cool J Tapped To Host 2016 Grammy Awards

LL Cool J will try his hand again at hosting the 2016 Grammy Awards.

The rapper must be doing something right because this will be the 47-year-old’s fifth consecutive year hosting one of the biggest nights in music.

“The performances and moments that take place on the Grammy stage are awesome in so many ways for the audience and artists alike,” LL Cool J said in a statement. “I’m honored once again to host Music’s Biggest Night as we celebrate the talented music creators of today. It’s going to be an incredible night and I’m excited to share this experience with the world.”

Kendrick Lamar leads this year’s nominations with a whopping 11 nominations; and trailing behind, and The Weeknd and Taylor Swift both pulling in seven nods.

The Grammys will air from L.A.’s Staples Center on Feb. 15, 2016 on CBS from 8–11:30 p.m. ET.
