When Tina Knowles-Lawson landed the cover of Ebony magazine last month we were all floored by her snatched waist and toned physique. And while Ms. Tina has always slayed, she kicked it into high gear with trainer Jeanette Jenkins to get ready for her close-up!
Hiphollywood caught up with the Hollywood trainer extraordinary and got all the deets about Tina’s workout. “Tina was already doing Pilates five times a week, so I came in a just focused on her arms,” Jenkins revealed. “We did arm circuits. Everything from push-ups to planks to downward-facing dog and some yoga. Then we did a lot of ballet arms.”
Well, clearly the workouts worked! Tina looked fantastic in the Ebony mag spread.
