Ariana Grande has been pulled from performing during Saturday’s MLB All-Star game concert, but not because of her recent claims that she hates America.
There were initial reports suggesting that the singer was booted from taking center field after a viral video shows the singer confessing at a donut shop in Lake Elsinore, Ca: “I hate Americans. I hate America.”
But Grande’s rep confirmed on Wednesday morning that the singer will not appear at the Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati because she had some of her wisdom teeth removed on Monday.
It was also confirmed that Demi Lovato will replace Big Sean’s ex and perform for the big event leading up to next week’s All-Star game.
The 86th MLB All-Star Game will air July 14 on Fox.
